And last of the Collyhurst winning trio was Matty Askin who fought the robust Lee Kellet from Barrow-in-Furness.
Askin, a 19-year-old heavyweight, was going for his seventh successive victory.
And Hughes said: “He was another who boxed to perfection.”
Askin floored Kellet for a count of eight and, while still wobbling, the Barrow fighter walked straight into another one-two combination with Askin finishing with a short powerful left hook that saw Kellet drop.
He lay on the floor with the doctor and paramedics giving him oxygen and attention but recovered.
“Matty is a good prospect,” added Hughes. “He needs more fights and experience then he will improve a great deal.”
